By using Vendarwon you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part, do not use the service.

Vendarwon Flow is an AI-powered workflow automation platform. Users build automations that connect third-party services using their own API credentials.

Vendarwon operates as an intermediary platform under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act 2000. Users provide their own API keys and credentials. Vendarwon is not responsible for actions taken using user-provided credentials or for content transmitted through user-created workflows.

You agree NOT to use Vendarwon for:

• Spam or bulk unsolicited messaging
• Phishing, fraud, or identity theft
• Money laundering or financial crimes
• Copyright infringement at scale
• Harassment or stalking
• DDoS attacks or server abuse
• Scraping data without consent
• TCPA violations (unsolicited SMS)
• CAN-SPAM violations
• Selling prohibited products
• Any illegal activity under applicable law

You are solely responsible for:

• All workflows you create and execute
• Obtaining proper consent before messaging users
• Complying with third-party platform terms of service
• All legal compliance in your jurisdiction
• Ensuring all email contacts have explicitly opted in

We use an AI-powered policy enforcement agent that reviews every workflow execution in real time. This agent checks for violations before any automation runs.

What the agent checks:

• Spam or bulk unsolicited messaging
• Phishing or fraudulent content
• Financial fraud or money laundering
• Harassment or targeted abuse
• Illegal data scraping
• TCPA / CAN-SPAM violations
• DDoS or server attacks
• Any content violating applicable law

False positives: Our AI agent may occasionally flag legitimate workflows. If you believe your execution was wrongly blocked, email ramizmallick@vendarwon.com with your workflow ID and we will review within 48 hours. Wrongly issued strikes will be reversed.

Legal responsibility: You are solely and fully responsible for all workflows you create and execute on Vendarwon. Policy enforcement does not transfer legal responsibility from you to us. Vendarwon is an intermediary platform under Section 79 of the IT Act 2000.

Users provide their own third-party API keys. Vendarwon stores these encrypted and uses them only for executing user-created workflows. Users are responsible for the security of their own API credentials.

• Subscriptions billed monthly or annually in USD
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• No refunds for partial periods except as stated in our Refund Policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

• Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased
• Credits never expire
• Credits are consumed after monthly plan allowance is exhausted
• Credits are tied to your account and not transferable

• Vendarwon owns all platform IP
• Users retain ownership of their workflows and automation logic
• You grant Vendarwon a license to store and execute your workflows

Vendarwon is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of AI-generated workflows, or compatibility with third-party services.

Vendarwon's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vendarwon against any claims arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email or website notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
